Flat Roofing

If you’re experiencing problems with a flat roof, Sandbach Roofing can help. We install high-quality rubber flat roofing systems designed to provide long-lasting protection for your home.

Traditional felt flat roofs often crack, split or leak over time. That’s why we install the Firestone RubberCover™ EPDM system, a modern roofing solution designed to last for decades.

Once installed by our experienced tradesmen, this system requires little to no maintenance and has an expected life span of up to 50 years.

Thanks to its flame-free installation process, there are no naked flames used during fitting, making it a safer installation method.

The membrane is installed in large single sheets, reducing the number of joins and seams – which significantly reduces the risk of leaks.

RubberCover™ EPDM remains flexible even in extreme conditions, performing in temperatures as low as -45°C. It is also highly resistant to UV rays, ozone and weathering, meaning it will not crack or split like traditional felt roofs.

The material can stretch by over 300%, allowing it to move naturally with the building structure without damage.

For extra peace of mind, we provide a 25-year guarantee on our EPDM installations.

As with all our work, we treat your property with care and always leave the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.

Great guys to deal with! Professional and got the job done.
So happy with the new roof for our lean to conservatory at our holiday let at No24sandbach. Always great to support our fellow local businesses too.
Thanks for such a great job, left clean and tidy and would highly recommend to anyone.
Thank you 🙏🏼

Used Sandbach Roofing to replace rotten fascias and soffits. Really impressed with the quality and speed of the work carried out. Only the affected parts were replaced and I can barely see where the new and old meet.

Quick response -job done - replaced a roof tile. It has now withstood horrendous rainfall and storms since repair so we are delighted with the job. Pleasant team who left everything tidy and would definitely use again!

Installed dry ridge and verges. Made a good job of it, no quick short cuts like other firms. Carried out the work on time and at the quoted price.

I asked Sandbach Roofing to quote for a job on my elderly mothers roof. Thoroughly professional service from first phone call through to completion of the job. Highly recommended.
